Legal notice

In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), this website is run by Tekke Voorham, a self-employed professional (autónomo) registered in Spain, trading as Tekke Visuals. Identification details are in the box above; you can reach the owner at hi@tekkevoorham.com.

The website presents architectural visualisation services — 3D models, renders, films, interactive 3D and 360° tours — and shows examples of that work. It is an information and contact channel; no contracts are concluded through it. Every project is agreed and quoted individually in writing.

Property. The design, code and texts of this website, and the 3D models, films and interactive work made by the owner, belong to Tekke Voorham unless stated otherwise. Architecture, brand names, logos and renders of client projects belong to their respective owners and are credited where they appear; they are shown only to illustrate work carried out for those clients. Rights holders who would like material removed or changed can write to hi@tekkevoorham.com.

Liability. Visualisations are artist's impressions: furniture, finishes and views are indicative and do not describe the final buildings. The owner is not liable for interruptions or errors caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, nor for the content of linked third-party websites. Spanish law applies.

Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is Tekke Voorham (contact above). This policy follows the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

The enquiry form

• Data: your name, email, studio or company (optional), project type and stage, what you need, deadline, a link to your plans (optional), your message, the page you sent it from, and that you accepted this policy.
• Purpose: answering your enquiry and, if you wish, preparing a proposal.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent, given by ticking the box (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Two invisible anti-spam checks (a hidden field and the time taken to fill in the form) do not identify you. You receive an automatic confirmation email with a copy of your message.
• Files behind a plans link stay with the service you shared them from; they are only opened to prepare your proposal and are not copied elsewhere without your agreement.

Email and WhatsApp

Whatever you choose to send is used to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). WhatsApp conversations are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own terms.

Browsing

The hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) in short-lived server logs to deliver the site securely (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Visit statistics are collected with Vercel Web Analytics: pages visited, referring website, country and device type — no cookies, no stored IP addresses and no tracking across websites.

How long

Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months after the last contact. Projects: for the working relationship and then as long as legal obligations require (e.g. 6 years for accounting records). Server logs: days to weeks.

Who else processes your data

Your data is never sold or used for advertising. It is processed only by these providers, under data-processing agreements:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and Web Analytics (United States; EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivering the form emails (United States; Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Supabase, Inc. — a private copy of each enquiry so it can be followed up (data stored in the EU, Paris; Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Apple Distribution International Ltd. — email hosting for hi@tekkevoorham.com (Ireland / EU).

Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify, erase or port your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hi@tekkevoorham.com. You will get an answer within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your own EU authority.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. The analytics described above are cookieless. The interactive 3D and 360° viewers load their files from this website only. If that ever changes, this statement will be updated and your consent asked first.
